We provide all the necessary amenities so you do not need to bring anything. It helps to eat a light meal so that you don’t feel hungry while floating but avoid a large meal if possible. We also recommend to avoid shaving or intaking caffeinated beverages. Lastly, make sure to remove contact lenses if applicable.

We clean up the room between each float session. The water is filtered through ozone and UV purification, removing all bacteria and viruses from the water, tank surfaces, and air.

This is completely up to you and whatever makes you feel comfortable. From experience, we find that many prefer to float without wearing anything so that you can reduce any sensations from your body and relax without any distractions.

Most people with claustrophobia do not experience any issues when floating. This is because our single float pods are quite spacious and about 8 feet by 6 feet. You also have full control of your floating experience, from how open the pod is, the lights, and whether the music is on or off.
